ServiceNow Developer 

Responsibilities: 

• Implement requirements through configuration, integration, and testing within the ServiceNow platform. 

• Analyze and evaluate existing system landscapes and interfaces. 

• Develop and integrate components. 

• Perform module, functional, and integration tests, preferably automated (e.g., ATF). 

• Ensure technical quality through logging, monitoring, and error analysis. 

• Create and maintain technical documentation (including operational manuals). 

• Comply with technical standards according to Technical Governance. 

• Communicate proactively with the Product Owner regarding risks, issues, and improvement suggestions. 

• Support maintenance, incident and problem management, and 2nd/3rd-level support. 

 

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration. 

• Ideally, relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CWA). 

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). 

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Git. 

• High commitment, flexibility, hands-on mentality, and self-motivation. 

• Very good English skills (minimum B2).
