A deep understanding of ServiceNow's ecosystem, coupled with commercial leadership in alliance development and partner networks, allows me to drive scalable growth and successful delivery across our expanding international client base. I also bring extensive knowledge of how AI workforce solutions are reshaping organizational structures and processes, helping clients capitalize on emerging opportunities and navigate change with clarity. Alongside guiding Capture's strategic direction, I actively contribute to the ServiceNow community, regularly speaking at industry events, including ServiceNow Summits and regional PPM and AI conferences.

I am a Solution Architect with over 8 years of experience in designing and implementing complex Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. Over the last five years, my focus has been on ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture modules, leading the integration of PPM solutions into diverse and complex IT environments. My main objective during implementation is to understand the IT landscape. Our solution will have to fit in, and support strategic thinking around the whole platform, not just focus on a singular PPM solution.
