Ensure projects comply with organizational policies and standards, and support quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT projects by coordinating activities and ensuring all phases are documented, while supporting project managers in maintaining schedules and budgets
Assist Portfolio Management with portfolio reporting and address open topics with project managers
Skills & Qualifications
Optional University degree in a technical field, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Preferably certified in project management (e.g., IPMA Level D)
Understanding of IT Organizations: Familiar with IT infrastructure, IT security, financial management, and IT projects.
Basic Knowledge of IT Project Processes: Understands the dependencies and interfaces with other corporate functions such as Finance, Controlling, and Procurement.
Basic Knowledge of IT Project Management: Familiar with finance and controlling, stakeholder management, and reporting (e.g., project portfolio).
Project Management Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, ITIL, Lean, and Scrum.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing IT projects, portfolios, and/or IT programs.
Change Management & Communication: Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-user change management and communication (CM&C).
