Your Role

As a ServiceNow Tester, you will ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions delivered as part of awarded projects for EEA-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing activities for contracted ServiceNow projects

• Perform manual and/or automated testing of configurations, workflows, and integrations

• Support UAT and defect management during the delivery phase

• Collaborate closely with developers and architects to ensure quality outcomes

• Validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements

Your Profile

• Experience testing ServiceNow-based solutions

• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset

• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments

• Professional working proficiency in English

Eligibility & Work Authorization

• Opportunities are related to projects within the European Economic Area (EEA)

• EEA nationals or professionals with an existing right to work in the EEA are preferred

• Non-EEA professionals must hold a valid work permit and/or visa for the relevant EEA country at the time of engagement
