Senior Technical Product Manager (61209)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Managerto play a pivotal role in the replacement of a legacy invoicing and processing platform.

This role requires a strong analytical background, deep expertise in business process and data modeling, and prior experience in large-scale, custom-built enterprise system implementations. The ability to communicate effectively, make critical prioritization decisions, and assertively manage senior stakeholders is key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement & Data Analysis

• Conduct a thorough AS-IS analysis of the existing back-office system.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to define a future-state data model.
• Analyze existing data structures and processes to ensure optimal data migration and integration.

Solution Definition & Agile Development

• Work closely with architects and development teams to shape scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
• Act as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment, owning and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality components through active involvement in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution

• Define and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Ensure that the new platform supports operational efficiency and meets the needs of global finance and compliance teams.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Serve as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Communicate effectively with executives and senior leadership, making tough prioritization decisions when necessary.
• Advocate for best practices in business process modeling, data governance, and system architecture.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure thorough product documentation and training materials.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

 

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a strong technical and analytical focus.
• Prior experience in replacing legacy ERP/back-office systems, especially custom-built solutions.
• Strong background in business process analysis and system architecture.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale billing and finance platforms is a plus.

 

Skills:

• Technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support business and technical decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, engage stakeholders, and assertively drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience as a Product Manager, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
