Rebranding

Dear Business Partner,

 

As previously announced, we are informing you today, following the successful registration in the Commercial Register of the Offenbach District Court, about the renaming of Capture Germany GmbH. This change is reflected in the attached excerpt from the Commercial Register, which shows that the new name, Tricise GmbH has been in effect since March 19, 2024.

Please note that this is a name change only, and the legal form and all important business data remain unchanged. This is particularly relevant for the commercial register number, address, bank details, and VAT ID number. For you, this only requires updating our company name in your master data.

If any further actions are required from our side (such as changing supplier master data etc.), please inform us.

 

All general terms and conditions, agreements, sales, and delivery conditions, as well as existing contracts with our valued customers and business partners, remain valid without change. Tricise GmbH will take over all existing receivables and liabilities.

 

Please use only the new company name from now on. Invoices with incorrect addresses will be returned to you for correction.

 

The name change will not affect your day-to-day business operations and you will continue to work with your familiar contacts.
