István Görgei, Managing Director of the ServiceNow Business Unit at Capture Group, is a customer-focused leader with deep experience in relationship building, project management, strategic planning and team development. In his role, he leads the strategy, operations and growth of Capture’s ServiceNow business across the DACH and CEE regions, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to deliver lasting customer value.

Today, Capture supports more than 400 clients across the DACH and CEE markets, delivering scalable, end-to-end enterprise impact through AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, low-code application development, test outsourcing, resource augmentation and nearshore delivery services.
As Managing Director of Capture’s ServiceNow Business Unit, István is responsible for shaping long-term strategy while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. He is passionate about creating sustainable, long-term solutions that help customers achieve their goals faster, while balancing innovation, growth and measurable business outcomes.
